Many athletes looking for a spring sport have found a home in lacrosse. From ages 5 to 18, boys and girls throughout the region can be found with a crosse (stick) in their hands, cradling a ball or playing "wall ball." Here's a quick overview of the teams our communities offer:
High School - register through schools and this website (www.grmnlax.com) (reg opens this fall)
Youth - register at this website (www.grmnlax.com ) (reg opens in January)
We'll have some open gyms and clinics before the season begins (about April 1). Watch this site and our Grand Rapids Amateur Lacrosse Association facebook page for dates/times.

Thank you all for your contributions to a successful 2019 season! More than 150 youth players participated in GRALA programs, from those 5 years old to 14-year-olds.
Our organization continues to grow at all levels. A huge thank you to those who volunteer as coaches, team managers, in many roles at the Shootout, etc. Please know that we will continue to need volunteers in 2020.
